Both go directly to thed hotel; one is slightly less expensive, but the other might have better times for your flights.

Some notes on Go Rochester Direct notes:

Go Rochester Direct shuttles go from the airport directly to the hotel. It might seem expensive, until you compare it to car rental or a flight to Rochester.

When making a reservation, use the second option: Rochester hotel guests pick-up/drop-off locations, and then choose "Grand Kahler Hotel." It shows on both lists, but travel as a hotel guest, if you're registered at the hotel.
