Hotel will arrange for comparable space in the same vicinity of the Hotel and shall provide, without charge, necessary transportation between the alternative site and the Hotel. Hotel’s liability is limited to these remedies and Hotel shall not be liable for any consequential, punitive or special damages.

PLEASE NOTE:
There are very limited Parlor suites! They usually go for over $350 dollars. They have two room with private baths and a "living room in between with for 3 bathroom total. You can get adjoining rooms but with this one you pay the same and get the living room and a third bathroom. Great for big families! Very few in hand for great price. I suggest getting those as they will go very fast.

They also have Pure Allergy Friendly rooms. They do not have special rates for us but they are for people that have serious allergies. This Hotel is connected to Mayo Clinic so they have those special rooms. (NOT at conference rates, but an option for the extremely allergic.)
